Commission Service.

  • I, the artist, hold the right to refuse/cancel a commission for whatever reason at anytime, with or without explanation.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if you do not have a clear reference of the character you wish to have drawn. If there is no art of the character that is needed for the comm, I will decline. Unless you wish to pay double for the commission AND custom design. (ex: a customer asks for a full-body, but only has a head-shot of the character. i can either decline or charge more).

  • The customer has the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation as long as it is BEFORE the payment.

  • I have the right to upload my art (with credit to the owner of the oc) onto social media accounts unless told otherwise by the customer.

  • Payment is to be made after the customer has approved of the sketch. The commission will be "on hold/pause" until payment has been received.

  • I will not work with deadlines or rush orders. On top of that, i do not do commissions on a "first come first serve" basis, smaller commissions may be works don in between larger commissions that require more time.

  • The customer may contact me at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once every two weeks. It is encouraged that I am contacted via DMs.

  • Do not ask me to do a custom design with inspiration from another character. I will not color-pick, steal, or reference another user's designs. This breaks not only my, but their Terms of Service as well.

  • Respect my time. Mental, physical health, as well as day-to-day problems and activities may get in the way of a commission. I work on due art when I have free-time.

FAQ.

  • What Will/Can You Draw, I can draw human(oids), feral, and anthro characters. I can also do slight gore/horror, accessories/clothing, and much more!

  • What Won't You Draw, I won't draw art of people in real life, or pieces that I have not practiced yet. For example, other creatures such as: horses, birds, mechs, etc. I also cannot draw heavy gore as well as sensitive content/topics (such as nsfw, suggestive pieces, political, religious, used for hate, etc).

  • How Does Payment Work, Payment will happen after the customer is happy with the sketch they recieve. In that period changes should be asked for and made. (If you ask for changes after this, I am unable to change anything). Payment types that can be made are: USD - via Ko-Fi, Venmo, Gift-Cards, Toyhouse premium, or Top-up from Codashop. ROBUX - via Gamepass or Roblux Giftcard. If payment is through a Gamepass, there will be an added tax due to Roblox taking 30% of creators revenue. After sketch and agreement, the link will be sent and you must send proof of payment for me to continue. (If you have not shown evidence, or have not responded, your commission will be paused or canceled).

  • Do You Take Other Forms of Payment, I do not! Art for an OC, or Art for Art are just trades, not commissions in my opinion!

  • Can You Draw Add-Ons, 2 or more characters in a single commission is only for scenes. For any other add-ons that do not come with the commission, you will be charged more, (transparent/flat colored/or a simple colored bg are free). Inanimate objects, extra characters, rendering, and a detailed backgrounds are also add-ons that will cost more.
